Johnny’s Beach Bungalow is a 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom Private Beach Resort, and bed and breakfast vacation rental, just a 3-minute walk from the premiere surfer beach, Playa Avellanas, Costa Rica.
This property can sleep up to 28 people and is perfect for large groups, multiple families vacationing together, or other events like small weddings, or mastermind groups.
You can book the entire property or, if the whole property is not fully booked out with less than 60 days into the future, we open the individual rooms to be booked out separately. We have a direct booking option where you can check out the prices on Airbnb and we will give you a 10% discount off the total overall Airbnb price to do a direct booking with us.
Guests that book the whole property can also upgrade to the all inclusive presidential package for an increase of 50% of the booking fee. The presidential package includes:
- airport pickup and drop off
- vehicle rentals (We have two 12-passenger vans)
- lunches and dinners
- excursion planning
- room cleaning during your stay
- laundry services
- boogie boards
