Stop planning. Just arrive.
Three add-ons that take the logistics off you — meals, transport, or everything at once.
Breakfast is included for every guest, every morning, whatever you book. Everything below is optional on top of that.
Meal Package
Lunch and dinner, cooked on site by Karla. Guests five and older pay; younger children eat free.
Around Tamarindo, breakfast runs $12–$15 a head and lunch or dinner $15–$30. A group of twenty routinely spends $240–$300 on breakfast alone and $400–$600 on a dinner out. Groups who take the package usually save 25–35% on food across a stay — and nobody loses an hour deciding where to go.
Specialty diets — gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan — are $5 per person per meal extra, because those ingredients cost more here. Nut allergies carry no surcharge; Costa Rican cooking uses few nuts.
Transportation Package
We meet you at Liberia and drive you straight here — with a stop at a Costa Rican buffet or the supermarket if you want one. For 15–20 people it is $550 per van each way.
You can also use our vehicles during your stay: $150 a day for the length of the booking, or $200 a day for individual days. A rental van with fees and insurance is usually around $260.
Our vehicles are about ten years old on purpose — the roads here are hard on cars. If you want something newer, rent from an agency; if you want cheaper and simpler, use ours.
Presidential Package
The all-inclusive option. It costs the same again as the booking itself, and can be paid about 30 days before you arrive.
It includes the meal package and the transportation package, and then everything else:
- Lunches and dinners, cooked on site
- Airport transfers and use of our vehicles
- Daily cleaning
- Laundry service
- Massages
- Childcare
- Excursion planning and booking
- Pickleball at the Hacienda Pinilla courts, about 10 minutes away
- Boogie boards and surf boards
“One of the best vacation rentals I have ever booked. I highly recommend opting for the Presidential Package — our group loved everything about it. From being picked up at the airport, to the delicious home-cooked meals, to the activity planning, we all felt, well, presidential. It was truly an experience like no other. The pool was a huge highlight. The beach is just at the end of the road, with a great spot for swimming without the rocks about 100 yards to the right, and if you keep going you can take surf lessons. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great as well. With six separate units this place is perfect for a large family gathering or a mastermind retreat.”

One more thing on pricing
The nightly rate covers 16 guests. Above that it is $20 per additional guest, per day, for anyone five or older — Johnny's sleeps up to 28, so most large groups pay some of this.
